These terms govern your use of https://www.aintsys.ae/ (the “Site”), operated by Automated Intelligence Systems L.L.C-FZ (“AIS”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the Site only. Our services are provided under separate agreements.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not:

• use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone’s rights;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the servers it runs on or any connected system;

• scrape, crawl or copy the Site by automated means, except for search engines indexing public pages;

• introduce malware or interfere with the Site’s operation or security;

• use our email address to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages or unlawful content.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice, for example for maintenance or security reasons.

2. Information on the Site

The Site describes what we do in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract, financial or legal advice, or a guarantee that a product or service is available to you. We try to keep the Site accurate but do not promise that it is complete or up to date.

Statements about our plans reflect our current intentions and may change without notice. They are not commitments.

3. Contacting us

When you email us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Please do not send confidential information by email; we treat messages as non-confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

How we handle personal data you send us is described in our Privacy policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, design, logos, graphics and code — belong to AIS or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “Automated Intelligence Systems” and the AIS mark are our trademarks.

You may view the Site and print or download pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or use any part of the Site, or use our names or marks, without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIS and its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIS from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you mandatory rights to sue in your own courts, nothing in this section limits those rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last updated. Changes apply from the moment they are posted; your continued use of the Site after that means you accept them.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor. These terms, together with the Privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
