Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how Automated Intelligence Systems L.L.C-FZ (“AIS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal data when you visit https://www.aintsys.ae/ (the “Site”) or send us an email.

It applies to the Site only. The services we provide to our clients are governed by the agreements we sign with them.

1. Who we are

Automated Intelligence Systems L.L.C-FZ is a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 2537282.01. Our registered address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or your personal data, email info@aintsys.ae.

2. What we collect

• Email. The Site has no contact form, accounts or sign-up. If you email us at info@aintsys.ae, we collect the name, email address and any other information you choose to include in your message. Providing this information is voluntary; without it we cannot reply.

• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider Cloudflare automatically records your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of your visit. We use these logs only to run and secure the Site.

• Cookies. The Site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

We do not collect payment details, government identifiers or any special categories of personal data through the Site. Please do not send us such information by email.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use personal data for the following purposes. The legal basis under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the “PDPL”) and, where it applies, the law of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is shown in parentheses.

• To answer your email and follow up on your inquiry (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us; or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).

• To operate, secure and improve the Site (our legitimate interest in keeping the Site available and safe).

• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (legal obligation; legitimate interest).

We do not use personal data collected through the Site for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the Site and deliver our email — currently Cloudflare and Google Workspace. They process data only on our instructions.

• Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) where necessary.

• Authorities, courts or other parties where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.

• A buyer or successor if AIS is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; we will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and the service providers listed above may store data in other countries. Where the PDPL requires it, we transfer data only to countries with an adequate level of protection or under appropriate contractual safeguards. If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely where required on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum). 6. How long we keep it

• Emails: up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or a legal claim.

• Server logs: 90 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;

• ask us to correct or delete it;

• object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;

• receive your data in a portable format;

• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before;

• lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in the UAE, the UAE Data Office; in the EEA, the authority of your country; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If the changes are material, we will post a notice on the Site or, where we have your email address, tell you directly.
